Rukmini Chatterjee

Rukmini Chatterjee’s artistic path is that of meetings between cultures, art forms and artists from around the globe, so as to encourage dialogue, understanding and harmony through the arts. The quest for the ‘Universal in Man’ animates her work. The Upanishads (sacred sanskrit texts) and her life in Paris - a city that beckons artists from all over the world - has greatly influenced her work.

She has collaborated with artists and worked with art forms from Cuba, Argentina, France, Norway, Spain, Senegal, India, Sri Lanka, China, and Japan.
